JACKSON, TENN.-The Delta State University Statesmen soccer team held their ground for 74 minutes before falling 2-0 to the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma at Union University on Friday.

The Statesmen (0-1) will look to rebound on Saturday, as they take on host Union University in the Union University Classic.

DSU and the Bulldogs will play under the lights, with kickoff set for 7 p.m.

The Statesmen will return to Delta Field on Sept. 6, as they will take on Bethel College. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m.
