Team Harris captures 2nd annual Green & White Golf Classic
CLEVELAND - With 16 teams competing in two flights, the team of Jason Harris, Bradley Harris, Chris Harris and Marty Castle blistered the course, carding 15-under 57, to claim the Championship Flight of the 2nd annual Green and White Golf Classic at the Cleveland Country Club on Saturday.  Tiny Avery, Emmit McKnight, Oscar Poe and Bill Boswell turned in an 8-under 64 to claim the top spot in the First Flight.

Former Statesman Patrick House to compete on NBC's "Biggest Loser" Season 10
LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Life has a way of presenting chances and opportunities to us when we need them the most and our our future often hinge on how we handle the chance.  For former Delta State University offensive lineman Patrick House, the chance to get back in the game is coming this season as a contestant on NBC's hit series "The Biggest Loser."  The season premiere is set to debut with a two-hour special on Tuesday, September 21 at 7 p.m.  Delta State Athletics will be following his progress throughout season 10.
