Jana Hayes is in her first year as a graduate assistant in the Media Relations Office at Delta State University. She serves as the primary contact for Lady Statesmen basketball and serves as assistant photo director for all Statesmen and Lady Statesmen sports.

A 2006 graduate of Delta State with a degree in Social Science Education, Hayes is currently pursuing a master's degree in Sports Management.

Hayes is a native of Horn Lake. Prior to joining the Athletic Media Relations staff, Hayes worked as a student assistant coach for the Lady Statesmen basketball program.
