Delta State University

Delta State University Sports Medicine/Athletic Training features some of the finest facilities in the Gulf South Conference and the NCAA and in the summer of 2008, completed renovations to improve the quality of care for the players.

The new 2500 square foot area features two new offices, a hydrotherapy room, seven new treatment tables, four taping tables, two state-of-the-art whirlpools and a rehabilitation area to make sure the student-athletes here at Delta State receive the best treatment possible.   

Gerald Jordan, Head Athletic Trainer, and his staff work tirelessly to see that all Delta State University student-athletes receive the highest level of care possible.

The DSU Sports Medicine Office is located on the first floor of the Chadwick-Dickson Athletic Field House. The facility features state-of-the-art modalities and other equipment necessary to keep the Statesmen and Lady Statesmen at the peak of performance.
